Refund policy
Como Bidet products are carefully tested before shipment. Como warrants this product to be free from defects under normal use, for a period of one (1) year from the Date of Purchase.
THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
- Products that were used heavily for non-residential applications like in commercial and hospital vicinities.
- Replacement of used or discolored parts caused by chemicals used for cleaning and/or water discoloration.
- Damage or loss resulting from sediments, chemicals, or foreign matter contained in a water system.
- Damage to or malfunction of the unit resulting from improper installation, negligence, misuse, abuse or tampering by unauthorized repair personnel.
- Damage or loss during shipment.
- Damage or loss due to fortuitous events that are beyond Como’s control (i.e. floods, fire, earthquake, etc.)
- Como will not be held responsible for the cost of removal, return shipping charges and re-installation of products.
- Under no circumstance will Como be held liable for any loss or damage direct, consequential or incidental arising out of the use of or inability to use this product.
- Age of the bidet and/or improper installation can result in plumbing breakage and water flooding to the bathroom or home. This product must be used at the owner’s risk. Therefore, the owner hereby releases Como from any and all claims for damage where the above conditions exist.
